Pricing FAQ
- What's included in the free plan?
- Everything you need to document a car you own: unlimited vehicles, up to 50 receipts and documents, AI extraction with your review, the service timeline and reminders, forwarding-email and text-a-photo capture, and 1 Vehicle Passport link. It's free forever and we never ask for a card to create an account.
- How do I upgrade to the passport add-on?
- Sign in, open Billing (or the Vehicle Passport links card in your garage) and choose Buy extra links. You'll land on Stripe's secure checkout page, pick how many links you want at $1.99 each, and come straight back to 1ownr — your link allowance updates the moment the payment settles.
- What's your refund policy?
- The free plan costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund. One-time Passport links are non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund is required by law — though we'll look at individual cases if something went wrong. Full details are in the Refund & Billing Policy.
- Can I manage or cancel my billing?
- Yes. Billing has a Manage billing button that opens Stripe's customer portal, where you can update your payment method, download receipts, and cancel anything still active. Passport links you've already bought stay on your account.
- What about shops and dealers?
- Workspaces for shops and dealers are in rollout. Tell us about your operation and we'll set you up.
- Do I keep my records?
- Always. Export or delete your vehicle history at any time from your account.
