Refund & Billing Policy

Nothing you buy from 1ownr renews. There are no subscription plans.

1ownr Free covers unlimited vehicles at no cost (50 receipts and documents, 1 Vehicle Passport link) and never expires. Extra Vehicle Passport links are $1.99 each as a one-time purchase. Prices exclude applicable sales tax, which is shown at checkout.

There is no trial and no payment method needed to use 1ownr. You get the full feature set on the Free plan from the moment you create an account.

We email you a receipt whenever you buy an extra Vehicle Passport link, restating what you bought and the amount charged.

Because there is nothing to cancel, you can simply stop using 1ownr or delete your account from Settings in two clicks.

• Deleting your account removes your vault and revokes any active Passport links.
• Export your records before you delete — see the export controls in your account.
• Unused one-time Passport links are not transferable or refundable.

1ownr Free costs nothing, so there are no subscription fees to refund. One-time Passport link add-ons are non-refundable once purchased, except where a refund is required by law.

We may, at our discretion, issue a refund in individual cases; doing so creates no obligation to do so again.

If you were charged in error or charged after cancelling, use our contact form and we will make it right.

If a charge fails we may retry it, suspend access, and after 30 days downgrade or close your account. You remain responsible for amounts owed.

We may change the price of add-on purchases at any time. The price shown at checkout is what you pay for that purchase, and nothing you already bought is affected because nothing renews. If we ever add a paid recurring plan, we will email you at least 30 days before any recurring charge could begin, and you would have to opt in.

If you buy inside our iOS app, Apple processes the payment under its own terms. We never see your card details. Refunds for those purchases are handled by Apple, not by us — request one through Apple’s “Report a Problem” page or your purchase history.

• Use Restore purchases in the app to recover an entitlement on a new device or a fresh install.
• When Apple tells us a purchase was cancelled, expired, or refunded, we remove the related access promptly.
• Your free account and your stored records are not affected by an add-on refund.
